The product family operates from 15.4-17.7 GHz and supports both defense and commercial-related radar applications. The CMPA1F1H060 family achieves up to 80 W of saturated output power with 25 dB of large signal gain and high power-added efficiency under pulsed operation.

The CMPA1F1H060 family provides improved RF performance over existing market solutions allowing customers to improve SWaP-C benchmarks in their next-generation systems.
