Dynamic Performance Evaluation Board for the Wolfspeed WolfPACK™ Full-Bridge Module Platform
KIT-CRD-CIL12N-FMB
Wolfspeed’s KIT-CRD-CIL12N-FMB is a dynamic performance tool that can be used to evaluate and optimize switching performance of Wolfspeed’s WolfPACK™ FM3 Silicon Carbide (SiC) full-bridge power modules. A clamped inductive load (CIL) test circuit with high-bandwidth current measurement provides a high-speed, low-inductance test fixture for double pulse testing. This test fixture in conjunction with one of the many gate driver board options allow for measurement of:
Timing (TDelay-On; TDelay-Off; TRise; TFall)
Overshoot (VDS-Max; ID-Max)
Speed (di/dt; dv/dt)
Switching Loss (EON; EOFF; ERR)

Use the SpeedFit™ Design Simulator to design smaller and quieter industrial motor drive systems including industrial low voltage motor drives, servo drives, and compressors for heat pumps and air conditioners.
Power electronics devices are almost never working at maximum of their capabilities because of safety, reliability but even application mission profile. Our experts will demonstrate how Wolfspeed's free SpeedFit simulation tool is the perfect starting point before moving to accurate LTSpice simulations.
In this video, we’ll walk you through the press-in and press-out process for Wolfspeed WolfPACK™ silicon carbide power modules, which are available with and without pre-applied thermal interface material (TIM).
