    Wolfspeed’s CGD1200HB2P-BM2 is a form-factor-fitting, two-channel gate driver for the Gen2 62mm power module platform. Each of the two gate drive channels is protected against over-current and reverse polarity.  On-board 2 W isolated power supplies supporting 75 kHz switching frequency.
