Wolfspeed’s CGD15HB62LP is a form-factor-fitting, two-channel gate driver for the high-performance power module platform. Each of the two gate drive channels is protected against over-current and reverse polarity. The CGD15HB62LP is capable of operating in ambient temperatures of up to 95°C.
