Dynamic Characterization Evaluation Tool Optimized for Wolfspeed’s Automotive YM3 Six-Pack Power Module Platform
KIT-CRD-CIL12N-YMC
Wolfspeed’s KIT-CRD-CIL12N-YMC is a dynamic characterization tool that can be used to evaluate and optimize the switching performance of Wolfspeed’s YM3 SiC six-pack power modules. Applying this evaluation kit in a clamped inductive load (CIL) test setup in conjunction with one of many reference gate driver board options (listed below) allows for the measurement of:
- Timing (TDelay-On; TDelay-Off; TRise; TFall)
- Overshoot (VDS-Max; ID-Max)
- Speed (di/dt; dv/dt)
- Switching Loss (EON; EOFF; ERR)
