伺服驅動器用以絕對精度執行高功率動作。使用 Wolfspeed 碳化矽 (SiC) 設計系統,可以實現更小型、更高效、更精確的伺服驅動器,無需額外投資機械齒輪即可以更快的轉速運作。使用碳化矽重新設計伺服驅動器亦可將驅動器整合到馬達內部,進而創造出輕巧的嵌入式驅動器,需要的電纜更少,配電箱也更小,進而騰出工廠樓板空間,並節省整體系統成本。 

Wolfspeed 的 650V、新款 750V 及 1200V MOSFET 完整產品組合與功率模組可在伺服驅動器中使用碳化矽進行設計時提供更大的靈活性,協助工程師配合其特定需求量身定制設計。 

多種封裝類型可供選擇,打造整體系統效率提高 2.6% 以上的訂製解決方案。相較於高速軟切換 IGBT,Wolfspeed 的 MOSFET 導通損耗更低並能大幅減少切換損耗,結合最佳化整體系統,能夠顯著提高伺服驅動器的效能,同時減少聲頻噪聲。

Wolfspeed 的 CRD25DA12N-FMC 針對工業電機驅動器設計師進行開發。 

Wolfspeed 的新型 25 kW FM3 三相變頻器參考設計針對工業電機驅動器而設計,為前期 SiC 設計工作提供全面支援。CRD25DA12N-FMC 可作為一種簡單的三相變頻器拓撲結構,實現開箱即用的快速效能評估。通用功率級的靈活性使其很容易適應其他應用,因此成為評估或升級工業電機驅動器功率的理想解決方案。此設計採用 Wolfspeed 的 21 mΩ 六管集成 WolfPACK™ 模組,預先塗上了熱介面材料 TIM,峰值效率超過 99.5%,功率密度為 5.7 kW/L,能夠在高達 100 kHz 的切換頻率下輸出 30A 的 rms 電流。
