Wolfspeed extends its technology by introducing the 4th generation, 750 V E-Series automotive qualified, PPAP capable and humidity resistant Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs. It features TO-263-7 (J2) surface mount package enhancing thermal performance and facilitating assembly automation. The E-Series MOSFET is optimized for use in EV HVAC motor drives, EV on-board chargers and high voltage DC/DC converters as featured in Wolfspeed’s 22kW Bi-Directional DC/DC Converter utilizing IMS board Reference Design.
