This 300 kW traction inverter provides a robust platform designers can leverage to develop a high-performance inverter with advanced controls and optimized SiC power modules. This platform is a collaboration between Wolfspeed, Analog Devices, and Silicon Mobility that leverages their respective strengths in SiC, gate drive and power management, and advanced controls.

This Design Features:

  • Optimized design for Wolfspeed’s All-SiC, Low Inductance, automotive qualified XM3 Power Modules
  • Complete Stackup, including: Modules, Cooling, Bussing, Gate Drivers, Voltage / Current Sensors, and Controller
  • Motor temperature and position sensor interfaces
  • Vehicle interfaces including CAN, USB, UARTs, and GPIOs
  • OLEA T222 FPCU controller chip and OLEA APP INVERTER motor control application software ISO 26262 ASIL-D Certified
  • State of the art FoC control with frequency scaling SVPWM and DPWM modulations, upgradable with OPP modulation on request
